Description
Sheep sorrel is a herb that is used to treat a variety of issues, including excessive menstruation, mouth ulcers, sore throats, fever, and inflammation. It is also used as a blood purifier and for liver detoxification and cleansing. It is not recommended for use by people with liver or kidney disease, and may cause vomiting.
Sheep Sorrel has a long history of traditional use as an astringent, diuretic and mild laxative. Also used to treat and assist with poor digestion and the removal of bile from the system.

AS A TEA
Infusion: 1-2 teaspoons of herb in 1 cup of boiling water. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink 2-3 times per day. Can also be drunk cold to assist with lowering fevers.
